what's been going on...

I haven't posted here in ages!! I started working a full-time job last Oct., so I haven't had much time to post. Kurt moved out in April, so Vaughn has been missing daddy-- he comes to visit once a week. We got a dog about 3 weeks ago, Vaughn loves his puppy, but goes between wanting to pet the dog, and trying to kick him!! We named him Weston, and he is a westie mix.

Vaughn has been working on learning his letters and numbers! He tries typing his name when he talks to "Grammy" online, and today he typed "va" by himself, then I showed him "ugh", he missed the "h" and did the "n" on his own!!! His version of counting is "237564"!!!!

busy couple of weeks!!

I have been so busy the last couple weeks! We went to Alaska for Sue's wedding-- we left here Sept. 21 and got back Sept. 25. Vaughn was a very good boy the whole trip, he got a little crabby on the trip home, but it was a long week!! The day after we got home, a friend of mine died, so Vaughn and I went to the memorial service on Sat.

Today we went to Inspiration Peak! It is about a 10-15 minute walk to the top, and Vaughn walked all the way up and all the way back down!! He had SO much fun!! There was a dog running around there, and it was following us, Vaughn loved it!!

Vaughn has been learning so many new words!! Yesterday, he was watching Milo and Otis, and he said "waterfall"!! I thought that was a pretty big word for him!!! He's also repeating things I shouldn't say, I better start watching my language!!
