motorcycle

Vaughn has developed a fascination for motorcycles in the last couple weeks!! I bought him a little motorcycle at Wal--Mart the other day. He was playing with it in his car seat on the way home. Instead of pushing it around, he was holding the handlebars between his thumbs and index fingers like he was driving it!!! It was so cute!!!

Vaughn has been making me laugh in the last week-- he is SO darn funny!!! Last week, we were at my mom's and I was getting all our stuff together to go home. Vaughn was standing by the door, ready to go, and I said "Now, am I forgeting anything?" He looked at me and said "BEER!!!"

Last night at mom's, I was pretty tired and I started yawning. Vaughn had to yawn too-- a FAKE yawn!!! He opened his mouth really wide, took a deep breath, and sighed!! I had him do it for mom, and she thought it was great!!! Of course, we couldn't stop yawning after that!!! (are YOU yawning now????)

This morning Vaughn was making a mess in the computer room, so I decided to start picking things up. There was a piece of paper on the floor that he had been drawing on. I picked it up, pointed to the drawing and said "What's that?" (I wanted to know what he drew a picture of...) He looked at me like I was totally stupid, and said "paper". What a cutie!!!!! :)

trip to Wyoming

Vaughn and I went to Wyoming the weekend of the 21st, for his big sister Jessica's graduation!! We left home on Fri. and got back Tues. night, so it was a quick trip, but Vaughn did great!! He was pretty crabby on Mon. on the way back, but the rest of the time he was fine. We had a great time, and Vaughn got hang out with his Daddy!!! Here are a few pictures from our trip!!

My sister cut Vaughn's hair yesterday. He was such a good boy, and only wiggled a little!!!

Vaughn did great on the drive out there. He only got fussy about the last 10 minutes or so-- that's pretty good for spending 4 hours in a car!! We didn't get to go to the zoo because it was cold and rainy the whole time we were there!! But we still had fun!! Vaughn loved running in the halls at the motel! We went to the mall one day, and Vaughn got to ride on the cars, and hang out with some other kids that were there. The last night we were there, we went out for Chinese food. Vaughn is always (well, most of the time!!) so well-behaved when we go out to eat! As long as he's got food in front of him, he's fine!!! LOL We came back on Tues. and Vaughn slept half the way home!! It was a fun trip, even tho the weather wasn't that great. Kurt and Vaughn had so much fun together!!!
